Role Description

This is a part time role as a Cosmetic Chemist at Dare Beauty, remote working available. As a Cosmetic Chemist, you will be responsible for developing and formulating various hair tinting/ lamination brow & lash cosmetic products. This includes conducting research, creating new formulations, testing product efficacy and safety, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to innovate and improve existing products, contribute to the development of new product concepts, and participate in quality control processes.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in hair cosmetic formulation and product development
• Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, raw materials, and their functionality
