A rare and exciting trainee opportunity has arisen for a permanent Trainee Estimator/Sales/Designer with a successful family run construction business who are one of the market leaders in their specialist field. The role is unique in that it will offer you training and development in 3 different areas as an estimator, technical sales as well Design which will allow you a genuine pathway for career progression into any one of these disciplines. Situated by junction 5 off the M3 so must have own vehicle. Full and comprehensive training will be given. Any form of construction experience would be desirable but not essential. 25k salary with generous annual increases.

The role encompasses the preparation and design of tenders/quote offerings for the design, supply and installation of specialist waterproofing, tanking & ground gas systems to the commercial market sector within the specialist construction industry.
