Qualifications:

Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, smokehouse cooking, various cooking methods, and food safety regulations
Preference will be given to candidates with smokehouse experience
Experience as a prep cook or line cook is preferred
Warm and welcoming personality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Can prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (evenings, weekends and holidays)
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
