General Information: Hitachi Energy in Alamo, TN is seeking an Inventory Control lead to join its team. This position will be responsible for the planning and execution of maintaining accurate inventory levels within the plant. This position will receive, monitor and deliver inventory as per the supply chain and inventory control process. Your Responsibilities: Lead a team of inventory specialists to provide and sustain accurate inventory levels Develop and deploy inventory tracking systems that support the supply chain function Maintain documentation and generate reports on delivery and shipments that happen within the facility and warehouse to ensure quality and inventory control Confer with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, or nonconformance to specifications Recruit, train and manage a whole team of warehouse workers and ensure and audit the inventory control of the tasks that they perform Monitor the daily warehouse activities and...
