•Prepare and handle execution document (print out and send document to production or piping supervisor) after scheduler PRE/FROZEN the plan such as work permit, work order package, system package, QC check sheet for all MTP plant.•Support work permit request for emergency job(p1) to Supervisor Piping•Support work permit preparation for normal plan of Hoist work•Update number of Piping available resource to Planning & Scheduling by advice of assistance manager ME piping•Prepare KPI Report Piping Weekly of ME piping by supervise of assistance manager ME piping.•Report remaining job P1&P6 Notification to ME piping team•Report Overdue notifications report weekly to TSM team. •Support piping supervisor for daily report by update in One note and Feedback file•Control and withdrawn the office stationery.•Control material STAG pending in technical warehouse.•Monitoring& coordinate gas detector status for contractor.•Print out documents (prepared for internal audit) for specialist – revisor CM...
