About the Role

You will work as a Building Manager where you will be responsible for managing all building operational in order to support maximum achievement of the company's business targets.

Responsiblities :
• Monitoring the implementation of building operations according to company standards/policies.
• Monitoring the entire process of cooperation agreements with tenants.
• Establish good and professional cooperative relationships with all tenants (internal & external), to achieve mutually beneficial business cooperation.
• Control the arrangement of the parking area, security and cleanliness of the building area, to support consumer comfort in carrying out shopping activities.
• Implement K3LL in the workplace and ensure that all risks in the area have been identified, documented and controlled.
• Foster and ensure that the entire team, including third parties, understand and comply with all applicable work safety regulations.
