The Fitness Hub Olney is a private personal service boutique gym looking for someone for this combined role.

With a very small team and well maintained gym

Job Responsibilities
• Welcome members into the gym and interact with members on the gym floor to build rapport
• Assist in the recruitment and training of staff for the gym if required
• Oversee daily operations of the fitness center, including staff management and scheduling.
• Lead contact and conversion
• Drive membership sales through effective marketing strategies and promotions.
• Write exercise programmes for clients individual and specific needs
• Take personal training sessions where required
• Offer nutritional and lifestyle advice
• Provide basic fitness testing for clients and members
