We are looking for a dynamic, resilient, charismatic clinical lead for our Fens Service. The service offers an exceptional model, providing trauma focussed treatment for patients in a maximum secure forensic setting. The Fens is one of two services in the country offering such a service. We operate in a separate wing within HMP Whitemoor offering 70 beds: 23 transition beds and 47 treatment beds.

The prisoners we work with often experience highly complex and chronic mental health challenges, with longstanding histories of trauma, neglect and rejection and are frequently hard to engage with. We have a rare opportunity to work with our patients over a 3 + year period allowing us to develop close clinical relationships with the service users.
