About the Role

Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on team player who role models the B&M way of working to your team! You’ll support in delivering fantastic store standards every day and will work closely with your Store Manager to maximise the performance of your store. You’ll love helping to run & lead your store like it’s your own business, supporting with all store operations from stock to recruitment.
