We have a unique opportunity for a Property Specialist within our Property Asset Management Team. The Specialist will support the Head of Asset Manager and Group Property Director in delivering the wide ranging Company’s Property Asset Management Strategy Accountable at a National Level and working cross-functionally with major stakeholders both internally and externally the work will be varied and will focus on maximising returns in the Estate by executing special projects such as monetisation and actioning various ‘value-add’ initiatives such as asset plans, acquisitions, developments and lease re-gears.
