PWG is seeking an enthusiastic individual to handle and process incoming telephone calls and other forms of communication, gathering all necessary information to ensure proper action is taken; providing advice when suitable; assigning appropriate graded responses to calls and distributing them according to Standard Operating Procedures. The role includes responding to Red Alerts through various Lone Worker platforms and overseeing, maintaining, and generating reports, including those for CCTV systems.

£12.10per hour, 4ON 4OFF night shifts

General Duties:

- Provide an initial response to incoming calls.

- Identify and prioritize alarms from intruder and CCTV systems.

- Answer incoming calls, both internal and external.

- Research necessary information using available resources.

- Participate in training, especially in new technologies and procedures.

- Work collaboratively with the team, supporting colleagues and escalating issues to Line Management as needed.
