We now have an exciting opportunity to become part of an established and high performing team as our new IT Support Manager

What will you do?

Reporting to the IT Director you will be responsible to deliver IT Support Services to Alloga UK to ensure service excellence to our business, client and customers.

Key responsibilities.

· Manage and oversee the IT support team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

· Develop and implement effective support procedures and workflows to ensure efficient issue resolution.

· Prioritize and assign support tickets to team members based on urgency, complexity, and workload.

· Monitor ticket queues to ensure that all requests are being addressed in a timely manner.

· Provide hands-on technical assistance, troubleshooting hardware/software problems and resolving complex technical issues.
