We are looking for a Store Experience Manager for our store opening in Aarhus, Denmark, who are motivated and excited to join our growing brand with quality and customer experience at its core.

Key responsibilities:
• Lead and develop the entire store team by being a role model and inspiring them to reach and exceed goals.
• Ensure quality and exceptional standards for merchandising, sales activities, store operations, campaigns and stock levels.
• Continuously evaluate and follow up on customer service levels and sales KPIs and implement relevant actions.
• Together with the Visual Merchandiser manager you strategize and optimize to reach the budget and secure efficiency.
