A well-established manufacturing company located in Guelph, ON is in search of an adept Senior mechanical Engineer with a background in Automotive to join their team. The Engineer will be tasked with analyzing parts, drawings, specifications, and other engineering data to determine the operations necessary for product fabrication and assembly.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Process Engineer or in a similar capacity
Profound mechanical expertise with a strong grasp of manufacturing processes
Proficiency in CAD software, particularly Solid Works and AutoCAD
Desirable experience in robotics programming
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical challenges
Excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
Capacity to manage multiple projects independently
