Key Responsibilities:

· Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with the highest level of service.

· Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and objectives.

· Work closely with clients to identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross selling our Open Banking solutions.

· Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure that client feedback is integrated into product development and service offerings.

· Conduct regular reviews with clients to ensure they are satisfied with our services and to identify areas for improvement.

· Keep clients informed of the latest Open Banking trends, regulatory changes, and how they impact their businesses.
