What is this position about?

The Service Coordinator is based in our office in Brussels (Evere) and is responsible for coordinating the after-sales service activities within Endress+Hauser.
He/She works together with a team of Field Service Engineers and ensures that our customers are provided with a correct and adapted service. The Service Coordinator has a general technical knowledge of our instruments in order to provide technical advice and support to the customers.

Task + Challenge
- You act as aftersales contact person in the Services department, within our office, for customers from a specific region.
- You work closely with the sales department from this region.
- You make all necessary decisions to ensure that our tools serve the customer and fulfill what they were purchased for.
