What Do You Become a Part Of -

The Director Central Rewards supports the VP Rewards & Recognition to develop and implement a comprehensive total rewards strategy that supports the organization's overall goals and objectives. You will lead, define and prioritise the global initiatives and support their implementation in countries

What You Will Do –

Total Rewards Strategy: Ensure alignment with industry best practices, market trends, and regulatory requirements. Supports the VP Rewards in respect of sales incentives, bonus, LTIP strategy. Build policies and playbook to ensure global understanding and consistency across the P&C organisation.

Compensation Management: Oversee the compensation programs, including remuneration cycle, salary structures, and job levelling. Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and fairness. Define the emerging market approach.
