Requirements
• Previous Guest House/ Bed & Breakfast management experience – Essential
• In-depth Reservations experience – Semper, Nightsbridge and OTA’s
• Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
• Deadline orientated a good eye for detail and the ability to multitask
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Able to contribute to marketing, (pricing, competitive analysis, and social media) to drive growth.
• Be comfortable with shift work, weekends and holidays.
• To be able to ensure a good working relationship with all employees, and to develop a presence within the community.
• Be willing to work in all departments to help achieve the goals of the business.
• Need to be able to assist in the kitchen and dining room.
• Have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Excellent command of the English and Afrikaans
