Job Summary

The Quality Program Manager has a strategic leadership role and a key technical-programmatic dutty. Will be the main responsible of assuring the implementation of the programmatic priorities of the Country Office assuring alignment to policies, values, standards and high quality of CARE. She/He will be part of the Country Office Senior Management Team (SMT) and will assist Country Director in strategic and operational priorities. She/He with Country Director will supervise the programmatic area coordination, resource mobilization, MEAL and communication.
