SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for an exciting new role of Customer Service Advisor, working for a growing business based in Northampton. You will need to be able to demonstrate and provide a high level of customer service to clients during inboundcalls showing enthusiasm to assist and resolve all queries. As Customer Service Advisor you will: Answer all queries from customers over telephone and assist to resolve complaints efficiently and effectively. Provide accurate and helpful information to customers needing assistance in a timely manner. Using a wide variety of in-house systems; the ability to navigate and accurately update these is an essential part of ensuring we do all that we say we will for our customers.
