Role:

Facilities coordinator will be responsible for coordination and controlling of on-site services and administration, ensuring first class service delivery to the Client account. Facilities coordinator reports to JLL Facilities Manager – Site lead.

Responsibilities:
• coordination and administration of site services at Client’s building located in Munich, Germany,
• provide excellent service to the Client in line with agreed SLA & KPIs,
• ensure exceptional vendor performance, manage, and track the completion of soft services delivery (including, but not limited to cleaning, landscaping, vending, catering/Café),
• management of service request system. Ensure high indicator scores including POU customers’ satisfaction, SLA,
• provide on demand services, coordinate on demand service process including pricing, service ordering, purchase order issuing and invoicing,
