Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Patiala. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, and policy implementation. The Human Resources Manager will also collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
