Actively shape the HR & ESG strategy to support sustainable growth
• Based on your extensive HR experience and the organizational strategy you define and implement a holistic HR strategy. You define HR priorities and jumpstart projects.
• You are a strong people manager and get energy from guiding teams to the next level. you develop a strong vision and motivate the team of 13 HR professionals to support sustainable growth in the different areas as Talent Acquisition & Management, Wellbeing, Training and Corporate communications.
• You have a keen eye for HR tools and innovation. You are able to guide the company on to the next level in professionalization and digitalization.
• As HR Director you will also develop and advocate for the companies ESG policy throughout the organization.
