ITL currently has a vacancy for an Operations Manager. The role acts as integrator of the strategic vision and plan and implementation of the plan, is responsible for the management of all operational functions and activities, and reports to the Executive Director of ITL.

Description of the role:

The Operational Manager will work closely with and with accountability to the Executive Director (who is responsible for Ministry Research & Development, culture, major relationships, aspects of Marketing & Communication, Funding).

Plan, direct, and execute all aspects of the ministry's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives.

Remove obstacles and barriers in daily and monthly execution of work.

Responsible for the attainment of short- and long-term operational goals within the parameters of the financial goals.

Lead and direct the work of others.
