Reports to – Energy Solutions Manager (Electrical)

This position requires you to provide support to the Electrical Design and Implementation teams by assisting with electrical designs, site audits, including the development and compilation of reports, quality control of electrical installations, preparing budget estimates/compilation of tenders, commissioning support as and when needed, become more acquaint with MCC, power factor correction, Solar PV, Lighting, Generators, Transformers, MV and LV Switchgear, develop electrical SLD, compile detailed BOQs and Electrical Proposals for review and submission.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

· Produce accurate, high quality Electrical designs

· Provide new and updated SLD or reticulation layouts on Autocad

· Develop Detailed BOQs

· Develop Project Proposals

· Continuous knowledge development of SANS, OHSACT and local municipal bylaws.
