Requirements
• Automotive knowledge and experience in the same role
• Drivers license

Duties
• Customer Interaction: Greeting customers, scheduling service appointments, and effectively communicating with them throughout the service process. Providing information about services, pricing, and timelines in a clear and professional manner.
• Service Consultation: Conducting thorough consultations with customers to understand their vehicle's maintenance or repair needs. Listening attentively to customer concerns and accurately documenting service requests.
