Our Client is looking for a Production Factory Manager to join their team

Area/Location: Germiston

Overview: As the Production Factory Manager, you will oversee the manufacturing operations of scaffolding, Racking Shelving, and Formwork. You will lead a team of 13 Production Managers and ensure that production targets are met efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. Additionally, you will provide technical input on new projects and products as needed.

Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a team of 13 Production Managers and departmental staff, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the achievement of production goals.
