Summary:
The Staff Accountant ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, evaluating and verifying transactions.
The position will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation of financial information in a variety of areas.
It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills.
This person will directly report to the Controller for supervision purposes, and will work regularly with all levels of management.
Job Duties and Responsibilities include:
Prepare necessary account reconciliation and supporting schedules, analyze all relevant general ledger information, and collaborate with Controller to prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements on a timely basisPrepare and record asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account informationAssist with the preparation of periodic budgets for the various departments and operating units as neededWork with the Controller to ensure all management...
