Our Exciting Opportunity:

We are now looking for a Head of Domain Cloud Software and Services (CSS) CU WAM reporting directly to the Head of Domain Cloud Software and Services (CSS) Market Area Middle East and Africa and will also be part of the customer unit’s leadership team.

The role of Head of Cloud Software and Services (CSS) CU WAM has the overall business responsibility for Cloud Software Services (Products and Services) in Customer Unit West Africa & Morocco and is expected to drive customer dialogues at VP and GM level, to add value to the customer Cloud Software Services Business, to grow Ericsson’s Cloud Software Services footprint and to maintain solution delivery aligned with the global standards. This role is expected to drive new business development on top of the existing installed base, in the areas of Digital Transformation and 5G monetization.
