Purpose Statement:

To provide timely, accurate, and up-to-date financial information to enhance the decision-making of the organization as far as finance and accounts are concerned. The role will ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

Key Deliverables:
• Monthly/quarterly preparation of accounts for management reporting
• Invoice processing, issuing payments, and preparing receipts.
• Initiation & processing of statutory remittances (PAYE, WHT, VAT, and Pension)
• Apportioning of bulk invoices amongst all sister entities & Preparation of debit memos to them.
• Booking, monitoring, and preparation of monthly accrual & prepayment journals
• Review of petty cash retirement & replenishment
• account reconciliations such as bank and petty cash, suppliers, customer, and inventory reconciliations with adequate reports.
