Tasks

During your day-to-day :
• You will provide technical support to our customers via phone regarding web domains, email, hosting, servers and web creation tools
• You will be attentive to our customers' needs in order to offer them solutions tailored to their needs.
• You will resolve any incidents on the products acquired by our clients
• You will establish an excellent relationship with the customers
• You will be working hand in hand with other departments to achieve our sales and customer satisfaction goals.
• You will be keeping an eye on emerging sales opportunities and turning them into concrete actions.

Requirements

You're the person we're looking for if :
• You have a native level of French
