1.
Receives Service Order (SO) from Leadman and ensures that unit Vehicle Report Card (VCR) is attached to the SO.

2. Checks the received SO and supporting
documents provided by the Leadman and clarifies unclear information before
vehicle repair.

3. Conducts vehicle diagnosis based on the
actual condition of the vehicle.

4. Provides recommendation based on the
conducted vehicle diagnosis and coordinates the recommendation to the Leadman
and/or Service Advisor assigned for client approval.

5. Provides the vehicle technical service /
vehicle repair to vehicles authorized by Customers as described in the SO.
