Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an HR and Admin Officer at LUKADAH located in Lahore.
The HR and Admin Officer will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources and administration, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, benefits administration, and policy implementation. They will also assist in maintaining office operations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• MBA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR and administrative roles
• Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information and maintain a high level of professionalism
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software
