This position will be primarily responsible for :
• Developing and evaluating daily, weekly, and monthly operational work plans for the Sales Office and ensuring the smooth operation of all its activities.
• Identifying, building and maintaining the most effective channels to market through a networks, building an appropriate team structure to achieve the company’s objectives and exploiting new business
• Monitoring and evaluating sales achievements against the Company's daily, weekly, and monthly targets, as well as creating and implementing plans for improvement.
• Observing market developments and the Sales Office's capabilities, evaluating and determining future plans for market improvement and development efforts to achieve sales targets in its area (Join Visit).
• Implementing, monitoring, and evaluating the execution of sales and distribution programs to support the achievement of established goals and reporting to superiors.
