Managing shipping department covering projects, vessel charters, offshore marine agency activities.

10+ years overseas shipping agency experience is a must.

Responsible for department P&L & staff management.

Staff development & training in discussions with GAC cooperate academy.

Strong ethical business track record & ability to deliver results.

Job Requirements
• Overseas experience in shipping industry is mandatory.
• Proven track record in managing teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of vessel chartering & break bulk, project cargo preferred.
• Ability to develop and implement business strategies
• Commercial driver & good team player.
• Ability to travel to other countries / ability handle senior level meetings with minimum supervision.
