Live-in/out Property Manager in Cheshire

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager for our private clients to manage three properties: a main residence in Cheshire and holiday homes in Anglesey.

This role is on a Live-in or Live-out, full time basis: working from home and on site.

The ideal Property Manager will have previous experience in a similar role, confident, organised, able to manage multiple properties with ease, strong communication skills with an eye for detail.

Duties: property and staff management, sorting out day to day odd jobs, garden maintenance, finding plumbers, electricians, roofers etc.

Salary: negotiable, from £60K +

Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
