We are hiring - Payroll Bureau Administrator

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join us and become part of an enthusiastic team whose aim is to provide the best payroll service to our clients.

The purpose of this role is to process payrolls accurately on behalf of our clients in a timely and professional manner.

The main elements of the role will include.

· Processing a number of client payrolls with different pay frequencies accurately and on time.

· Ensuring that each clients and employee records are kept up to date using the systems of our firm.

· Dealing with a range of queries from clients, HMRC and other team members.

· Be able to process CIS returns

The Candidate

In order to fulfil the role, we expect you to be:

Working in a similar type of role previously and have a minimum of 3 years Payroll experience preferably within an accountancy practice.
