The Product Manager is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the software development lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining product scope, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, training, documentation, services, and support to ensure successful product deliveries and customer satisfaction. This role is customer facing. The Product Manager will evaluate customer, industry, competitor, and input from internal personnel to determine requirements for product enhancements, new products, and third-party product integration.
