Responsibilities:
• Financial analysis, modeling, and due diligence.
• Lead and/or Assist in M&A transaction execution.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; Master's degree is considered an advantage.
• 3-5 years of investment banking experience.
