Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Occupational Health & Safety Officer at Banyan Tree Phuket. The Occupational Health & Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, promoting workplace safety, and creating and implementing safety protocols.

They will conduct regular inspections, investigations, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. The Occupational Health & Safety Officer will also provide training to employees, maintain records, and develop safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications
• Experience in Health & Safety, Occupational Health, and Workplace Safety
• Knowledge of Environment Health and Safety (EHS) practices
• Ability to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of regenerative tourism and sustainable practices is a plus
