The Plant Manager holds the responsibility for the effective utilization of raw materials, machinery, and manpower management. They oversee all plant operations, including Operations, Engineering, Logistics, SSHE (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment), and plant SD (Sustainable Development). Their role is pivotal in aligning these activities with the company's strategic objectives, in accordance with its Vision, Mission, Culture, Policies, and Targets. The Plant Manager coordinates across company functions and engages with community organizations outside the company to foster long-term prosperity for both the company and stakeholders.
