MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HANDLING JKR JOB
- To prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
- To perform a full range of Quantity Surveyor activities that include estimation, quantities take-off, claim preparation and reviewing construction plans.
- To prepare for the submission of interim progress claims and to ensure work done is being certified timely and accurately by client / main contractor through site valuation according to the terms and conditions of sub-contract.
- To monitor and ensure all variation orders are well recorded and claimed.
- To review letter of appointments, contract drawings and documents and to highlight any deviation from the tender and document any changes in design and updating budgets.
- To assist in the overall administration matters of various contractors and sub-contract.
- To keep track of materials and order more when required.
- To attend site visits and meetings as and when required by management.
