We are looking to hire an HR intern to join our internal team. Reporting to the Human Resource Executive, you will be primarily responsible for providing administrative and HR support in carrying out the day-to-day activities of the company.

Responsibilities.
• Support in the recruitment process by shortlisting, scheduling appointments and interviewing candidates.
• Answer telephone and email correspondence from clients and candidates.
• Carry out reference checks for external employees.
• Assist with publication of job adverts and update job vacancy section of company website as and when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining accurate employee files and documents.
• Provide support in implementing company policies and handing employees grievance.
• Participate and assist in providing training and corporate events to clients.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
