Your Job

As an Operational Excellence Engineer, you will serve as a key resource in implementing operational excellence initiatives such as Molex Operating System (MOS), Fusion, Global Lean Six Sigma (GLSS), etc.

You will interact internally with all levels of the organization and different business units for both local and global counterparts.

• Communicate future goals in terms of tangible improvements
• Lay out a transformation path with specific milestones and direct business impact
• Identify and capitalize on "actions that matter"
• Hold specific events to change mindsets
• Lead or support the implementation of transformation initiatives to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and/or productivity requirements
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of Lean Manufacturing/Six Sigma philosophy, theory, applications, tools and tactics
• Lead or coach teams on various Lean/Six Sigma initiatives, as required
