The Vice Principal is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, including teaching and learning, student well-being, and managing staff. Additionally, the Vice Principal takes a lead role with the Principal and School Directors in school continuous improvement.

Teaching and Learning
• Plan meaningful professional development based on observation data, interests of staff and trends.
• Oversee the implementation of the curriculum, through Scope and Sequence documentation, grade level unit plans and weekly lesson plans by teaching staff.
