RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Full accounting function up to trial balance
• Preparation of revenue reconciliation
• Preparing month end and year end journals
• Processing of COD and creditors payments
• Cash book balancing
• Invoicing
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts
• Maintenance of fixed asset register
• Management of stock control accounting
• Monthly review of accounts
• Calculation of monthly VAT
• Calculation of company tax
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Preparation of year end audit file and liaise with auditors
• Preparation of financial statements
• Submission of returns and compliance to regulatory bodies
• Preparation of monthly reporting packs
• Engagement with various stakeholders
• Support and assistance to various managers
• Any fair request of this position

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from a reputable institution
• Served articles in a reputable audit firm
