We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager (GM) with a strong background in Food and Beverage (F&B) management to lead our client’s boutique hotel. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a GM in a boutique or smaller hotel, or as an Assistant GM or F&B Manager in a similar setting. Experience working in Bloemfontein or outside South Africa is preferred. The ideal candidate would be single or willing to relocate alone.

Responsibilities
• Overall Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique hotel, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across all departments.
• F&B Management: Lead the F&B department, including restaurant and bar operations, menu planning, inventory management, and guest satisfaction.
