About the job

Main Responsibilities
• Human Resources (80%)
• Perform employee tracking, timekeeping, and benefits administration (salary, bonuses, insurance, vacation, etc.)
• Manage employee personnel files and maintain updated personnel records.
• Clearly communicate HR policies to employees; provide guidance and answer employee questions.
• Participate in the development of company policies on salaries, bonuses, and benefits in conjunction with the HR Director.
• Handle employee termination procedures: exit interviews, termination documents.
• Labor Relations: Closely monitor employees to understand their psychological well-being and issues, serving as a bridge between production, employees, and company leadership.
• Awards and Disciplinary Actions: Implement in accordance with company regulations and labor laws.
• Implement visitation and welfare benefits for employees.
• Other HR-related tasks.
