Arrange specialistprocurement of fixtures, fittings or components.
Controlmaintenance tools, stores, and equipment.
Monitor andcontrol maintenance costs
Deal with emergencies,unplanned problems and repairs.
Manage a team ofmaintenance technicians and ensure optimum allocation of theresources.
Show expertise in working with the team andindependently.
