The Payroll and Administration Officer will manage the bi-monthly processing of payroll for a large payroll as well as completing all related compliance and governance.
All administration and compliance support to both the HR and Recruitment teams.
Key Tasks
Employee Compensation & Benefits
• Processing of bi-monthly Philippine payroll cycle.
• Accurate monitoring of employee information (eg. absences) and contract amendments.
• Timely and accurate filing of all Philippine government mandated contributions and report on a monthly basis.
• Enrolment / creation of payroll account for all new joiners in a timely manner.
• Assistance to employees for all Philippine government agency requirements and loan processes (eg. certification).
• Updating employee records for all applicable government agencies.

• Provide administrative support for Link’s new joiners ensuring that all documents required for onboarding are completed and returned.
